Outstanding Customer Service!

We are ardent dog walkers and we needed a durable and very visible safety vest to protect us as we walk our dog in darkness in the early morning and evenings. We wanted a quality, durable, white vest with both silver and orange striping AND a durable front zipper (vs. a Velcro strip). This vest is PERFECT based on those requirements! They also had this vest in a true Small size for my wife, whereas most others have a combined Small/Medium vest, which is way too large for my wife. By mistake, I had ordered my vest using a different sku # than my wife's and once I realized this, I called the company before they opened up their offices in the morning and someone actually answered my call! She was SO willing to help me that she went out to the warehouse and pulled our order before it was shipped and inserted the correct vest for me in our package that was to be shipped. OUTSTANDING customer service on her part! Also, we received the package in just two days and it shipped all the way from Goodyear, AZ to Madison, WI! Can't recommend this company and their products enough. We love our new vests and feel much safer now walking our dog in darkness. Thanks to all of the staff at Safety Depot!
