The wands are exactly what we had and needed more. They at perfect for ground guides for our annual fly-in. The only issue I have is NOT the product and I fully understand it's you company's fault. But it costs two and half times the cost of wands to ship. Maybe you could offer slower but cheaper rates on your shipping.
