Steamtown Marathon Course Captin

We have been using this best for 20 years now 21 for the www.Steamtownmarathon.com in Scranton Pa. This is a top 10 rated marathon with participants from as many as 46 States and we have had up to 2200 finishers in the past recent years. The vest is very important for out intersection controls. This is a 26 mile closed course and safety for 2000 plus runners is paramount. In past years we were able to people to donate the vest. We lost the sponsors so this year I am going to purchase it. I do not feel the least bit comfortable not distributing it to our volunteer force
