Like the fit

I like the way it fits, and can be "broken down" into various configurations. Felt that it could have been a little warmer. Possibly my fault for not wearing a thermal t-shirt and one extra layer the night I used it. Overall I would recommend it. Also, a special shout out to your customer service department. I had a slight problem with shipping and they got right on it to make sure I had the item for the event that it was needed.

The parka class 3 is in a league of its own. The best customer service that i ever experienced. I highly recommend this company with any and all my safety products I may need in the future.
